Join us on the Reformer's machine! Offered at a discounted price of $40 for each participant, you and 3 other participants have the opportunity to feel the Reformer difference. One booking is for one participant! If you and a friend would like to book together, please book two bookings for the same time. This dynamic and innovative session takes your fitness journey to the next level, using specialized equipment that enhances resistance and flexibility. Our instructor will guide each of you through a comprehensive workout that targets and tones every muscle group while improving your posture and alignment. Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or have prior experience, our class is tailored to suit all levels. We have 4 reformer machines available, so participants will have their own machine!
