Join us on the Reformer's machine! Offered at a discounted price of $40 for each participant, you and 3 other participants have the opportunity to feel the Reformer difference. One booking is for one participant! If you and a friend would like to book together, please book individually for the same time. This Reformer Flow class focuses on continuous, fluid movements performed on the reformer machine, linking each exercise seamlessly to the next. Unlike more restorative or static Pilates sessions, this class emphasizes dynamic transitions and maintaining a steady rhythm, which helps build endurance, strength, and coordination!
